About Me
My name is Sarah and I have been working as a fitness professional for over nine years. I have a wide variety of qualifications including Personal Training, Pilates, Exercise to Music, Fitness Yoga, Aqua Aerobics, Pre/Post Natal, Nutrition, Metafit and more. I have trained clients with a variety of goals including:
- Weight loss and weight management - By combining a healthy eating plan which includes all food groups and a regular exercise program with a mixture of cardio and strength training
- Preparing for a sporting event - I have trained clients who have never run before to get ready for a 10km helped clients improve their swimming times by using Pilates exercises to improve their depth of breathing. I have helped clients prepare for skiing holidays and cycling events as well.
- Maintenance of a medical condition - I have worked with clients who have ongoing medical conditions to help alleviate their symptoms by strengthening their muscles, in particular their core muscles
